mm80 Terms & Conditions

1 Account Registration and Ownership

Each player may only open one account at mm80. Opening more than one account using the same personal details is not permitted. If this is found, the accounts involved will be suspended and any balance in those accounts may be forfeited.

• An account must be owned by a single player only, and access must not be granted to any third party by any means.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate. If errors are found during verification, mm80 may suspend the account at any time.
• Players must keep their account password secure and must not share it with anyone.
• If your personal details change, you must notify mm80 immediately.

2 Age Requirement

mm80 platform is for players aged 21+ only. Anyone under 21 who plays on this platform will have their game history, balances and bonuses cancelled, and their account will be suspended.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

mm80 may verify a player's personal information to comply with national financial regulations. If you block this verification or fail to submit documents as requested by mm80, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended. Documents that may be required include —

• National ID card or passport
• Proof of residential address
• Proof of payment method (KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay)

These must be submitted within a reasonable time from the date mm80 requests them.

4 Deposit Rules

You can deposit at mm80 via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay and Bank Transfer. The following rules apply to deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: 10,000 Ks (same for all methods)
• Players must deposit only from payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not allowed.
• The deposit method used must match the withdrawal method (subject to change based on policy).
• Deposits may take some time due to third-party processors, but mm80 charges no deposit fees.

5 Withdrawal Rules

Players must meet the following conditions to be eligible for withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 10,000 Ks
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after review by mm80.
• Winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
• Withdrawal requests may be put on hold if KYC verification is not yet complete.
• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit, and may be changed after review by mm80.

6 Welcome Bonus Terms

mm80 offers a welcome bonus for players making their first deposit. The key terms for this bonus are:

• Bonus rate: 150% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks
• Wagering Requirement: Winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after wagering 20x the bonus amount
• Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 50,000 Ks. The 30,000 Ks bonus must be wagered 20x — 600,000 Ks — before withdrawal is allowed
• Example 2: Deposit 280,000 Ks, receive a 200,000 Ks bonus (maximum cap), giving a total balance of 480,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 200,000 Ks × 20 = 4,000,000 Ks
• Wagering will only count on eligible games as defined by mm80, and these conditions may be updated
• Deposited funds must be used first before the bonus is applied

6ก General Promotion Policy

Every promotion offered at mm80 may have its own specific terms. Regarding promotions and bonuses —

• Each bonus can only be claimed once (per player).
• Bonuses are issued after a deposit is made and must be used within the number of days set by mm80 from the date of issue.
• If bonus abuse is detected for the purpose of inflating play, the player's account may be suspended and bonuses forfeited.
• mm80 may modify or cancel promotion terms without prior notice.

7 Gameplay Rules

The following general rules apply to all players when playing games on the mm80 platform:

• Once a bet has been placed, the outcome cannot be changed.
• Every game result is determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology in a way that cannot be manipulated, so no player can predict the outcome in advance.
• If a game is left unfinished due to a disconnection, it will be handled according to the game's technology, and mm80 will do its best to resolve the situation.
• If a player exploits a bug or glitch in the game software to obtain bonuses or winnings, those results will be voided and the player's account may be suspended.

8 Prohibited Games and Activities

mm80 strictly prohibits the following types of activity:

• Using a Bot, Automation Script, AI Tool, or any automated playing software
• Intentionally exploiting technical flaws in the platform
• Colluding with other players to commit Bonus Abuse
• Conducting deposit and withdrawal transactions that amount to Money Laundering

If any of these are detected, mm80 may suspend the player's activity, void winnings, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

9 VIP Level Cashback Policy

mm80's VIP program has three tiers, and players can move up based on their betting volume and loyalty:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Cashback is based on net losses. It is awarded as bonus funds and comes with the relevant wagering requirement. Cashback amounts are calculated weekly, and the payout schedule is set by mm80.

10 Refer a Friend Program

Players who take part in mm80's Refer a Friend program and refer a friend who makes their first deposit will receive the following benefits:

• The referrer will receive 5% of the friend's first deposit as bonus funds, up to a maximum of 20,000 Ks
• A weekly commission of 0.2% of the referred friends' valid bets will be earned
• Bonuses from the referral program carry the same wagering requirement as standard bonuses
• Referring your own second account is not allowed

11 Responsible Gaming Policy

mm80 puts the health and financial wellbeing of its players first, and has set the following responsible gaming policies:

12 Limitation of Liability

Any losses that arise from using the mm80 platform are considered the player's own responsibility, and mm80 is not liable for —

• Losses caused by network connectivity issues (ISP, mobile data)
• Losses caused by third-party hacking (players must protect their own accounts)
• Damages caused by errors in reference data (Odds, Stats)

In any case, mm80's maximum liability shall not exceed the balance remaining in the player's account.

13 Service Suspension and Account Closure

mm80 may temporarily or permanently close a player's account without prior notice in the following cases:

• A breach of these terms and conditions is found
• An account is found to have been opened with fraudulent or false information
• There is reasonable suspicion of Bonus Abuse, Bot Usage, or Money Laundering
• An attempt is made to withdraw an excessive amount during KYC verification

After an account is closed, the player may request their remaining balance (excluding bonus funds), but this will only be processed after KYC verification is complete.

14 Personal Information & Security

15 Service Interruption (Force Majeure)

If mm80's services are interrupted due to events beyond its control — such as natural disasters, government decisions, server breaches, or cyber attacks — mm80 will not be liable for any losses that occur during that period. Even so, mm80 will do everything possible to protect players' remaining balances.

16 Changes to Terms & Conditions

mm80 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the platform and will take effect immediately from the date of announcement. Continued use of the platform after any changes means the player accepts the revised terms.
